Project narrative

On November 8, 2021, the People's Liberation Army of China donated 300,000 COVID-19 vaccines, 100 oxygen concentrators, and other medical supplies to Nepal's army. The donation was handed over to Chief of Army Staff General Prabhu Ram Sharm by Hou Yanqi, the Chinese ambassador to Nepal. The purpose of the donation is to vaccine army members and dependents that have not been vaccinated or have not received a second dose.
