Project narrative

On January 23, 2021, the Chinese Government provided a check for RMB 1 million to the Seychelles Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The purpose of this grant is to equip the ministry with a conference room and video conferencing equipment in order to improve international communication operations. A handover ceremony was held for this donation. The Seychelles’ Foreign Affairs Minister, Sylvestre Radegonde, and China’s Ambassador to the Seychelles, Guo Wei, attended the ceremony.
