Project narrative

In November 2019, In response to Cyclone Idai, China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) sent a 65-person rescue team to Mozambique. It is unclear exactly how long the team served. Relief supplies, as well as a Fengyun 2 meteorological satellite data receiving station, were provided to Mozambique (captured via #87102).
