Project narrative

In 2010, Sinosteel Midwest donated $1,500 AUD to Foodbank Geraldton, a regional branch of Foodbank Australia. The purpose of this donation was to pilot Sinosteel's Resourcing the Region Sponsorship Program. Other donations made to community groups during the pilot included $30,000 AUD to to the Midwest Life Education Program in Resourcing the Region Sponsorship Program (captured via Record ID#97688); $5,000 AUD to an Indigenous mentoring program run by the Cooperative Murchison Community Education Initiative (captured via Record ID#97689); and $15,000 AUD to support the Rovers Football Club (captured via Record ID#97690).
