In May 2007, a group of banks -- including the Singapore Branch of the Bank of China -- agreed to a SGD 165 million dual-tranche syndicated lending facility with CWT, a warehouse and container trucking provider. The dual-tranche facility consists of two tranches with identical three-year maturities. Tranche A is a SGD 82.5 million revolving credit facility, of which proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. Tranche B is a SGD 82.5 million term loan, of which proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt. Other lending details are unknown. Allocations are identical to each tranche, and the proceeding amounts represent the amounts contributed by each bank to each tranche. Mandated lead arrangers DBS, Maybank, and OCBC contributed SGD 10 million apiece to each tranche. Lead arranger Bangkok Bank (Singapore branch) contributed SGD 10 million to each tranche, while lead arrangers Bank of China (Singapore branch), Bank of Taiwan (Singapore branch, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Mizuho Corporate Bank contributed SGD 7.5 million apiece to each tranche. First Commercial Bank (Singapore branch) and SMBC (Singapore branch) contributed SGD 5 million apiece to each tranche. Bank of East Asia entered as a manger and contributed SGD 2.5 million to each tranche. BOC's contribution to tranche A is captured via Record ID#97744.
