Project narrative

In March 2020, the Shandong Provincial Government donated 20,000 masks to the Wakayama prefectural government and medical supplies to Hokkaido, and Kanagawa prefectural governments to fight COVID-19. On March 13, 2020, the medical supplies arrived at Kansai International Airport in Japan. The financial value of the supplies is unknown.
