Project narrative

On April 23, 2020 the City of Wuhan in Hubei Province, China donated 53,000 masks to the Oita (city) Municipal Government for COVID-19 prevention. Wuhan and Oita have been sister cities since 1979. The masks were received on April 23, 2020 and distributed to medical facilities in Oita. The financial value of the masks is unknown.
