Project narrative

On April 12, 2020, the Zhongshan City Municipal Government, a city in China's Guangdong province, shipped a donation of an unknown number of masks to the City of Moriguchi Municipal Government for COVID-19 prevention. Moriguchi is located in Osaka province and is a friendship city of Zhongshan. The shipment was part of a 50,000 mask donation which also included the cities of Moriguchi, Japan and Markham, Canada. The financial value of the donation is unknown.
