In 2020, the City of Huai'an, a municipality in China's Jiangsu province, donated 10,000 masks to Ikoma City Municipal Government, located in Nara Prefecture, for COVID-19 prevention. The donation was made between March 31, 2020 and April 10, 2020. Huai'an and Ikoma City are sister cities. The financial value of the donation is unknown.
