Project narrative

In 2016, the Tokyo Branch of the Bank of China (BOC) donated JPY 500,000 to unknown organizations for 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake relief. On April 14, 2016, Kumamoto, the capital city of Kumamoto Prefecture on the island of Kyushu, was hit by a magnitude 7 earthquake. The earthquake resulted in multiple deaths and over 3,000 injuries.
