Project narrative

In March 2020, Hangzhou Dianzi University donated 5,000 masks to Yamanashi University for COVID-19 prevention. By March 31, 2020, 3,200 masks had arrived at Yamanashi University. The two universities signed an inter-university exchange agreement in 2008. The financial value of the donation is unknown.
