On April 10, 2020, the Fushun Municipal Government and the International Friendship Liaison Committee of Liaoning donated 3,000 masks to the Sanmu City Board of Education for COVID-19 prevention. Sanmu is a city located in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. The masks were received on April 10, 2020 and distributed to elementary and junior high schools in the city.
