Project narrative

On April 27, 2020 the Jiyuan City Municipal Government, located in China's Henan Province, donated 2,000 masks to the Niiza City Municipal Government for COVID-19 prevention. Niiza City, located in Saitama Prefecture, first established a friendship city agreement with Jiyuan in 2002. The masks were received on April 27, 2020. The financial value of the mask donation is unknown.
