On April 14, 2020, the Fushun Municipal Government donated 500 masks to the Chiba City Municipal Government for COVID-19 prevention. The donation was received along with a gift of 2,000 masks from the Liaoning International Friendship Liaison Committee (captured via Record ID#97965).
