Project narrative

On April 22, 2020, Nihon Dokan received a shipment of 3,000 surgical masks from the Chinese Taoist Association, the official government supervisory organ of Taoism in the China, for COVID-19 prevention. Nihon Dokan distributed the materials to Japanese medical institutions fighting COVID-19. Nihon Dokan is an organization founded in 1980 to spread Taoist teachings throughout Japan and the rest of the world. The financial value of the donation is unknown.
