Project narrative

On March 30, 2020, the Shanghai Municipal Government donated 25,000 masks to the City of Yokohama Municipal Government, located in Kanagawa Prefecture, for COVID-19 prevention. The masks were distributed to medical institutions in Yokohama. The masks were received on March 30, 2020. Shanghai and Yokohama have been sister cities since 1973.
