Project narrative

On April 20, 2020, the Minhang District Government, a suburban district of Shanghai, donated 30,000 masks to the Omura City Municipal Government, a city located in Nagasaki Prefecture, for COVID-19 prevention. Omura City and Minhang District, Shanghai are friendship cities. The donated masks were to be distributed to medical institutions, elementary and junior high schools, nursery schools, and kindergartens in the city. The financial value of the donation is unknown.
