Project narrative

On April 27, 2020, the Jilin Provincial Government donated 50,000 masks to the Tottori Prefectural Government for COVID-19 prevention. On April 28, 2020, Jing Junhai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Jilin, held video talks with Nobuharu Hirai, Governor of Tottori Prefecture. Hirai expressed his gratitude to Jilin Province for donating 50,000 medical masks to Tottori. The financial value of the donation is unknown.
