On May 12, 2020, the Jingzhou District Municipal Government donated 60,000 masks and 1,000 sets of protective clothing to the Bungo-Ono Municipal Government, a city located in Oita Prefecture, for COVID-19 prevention. The materials were intended to be distributed to medical facilities and welfare facilities in Bungo-Ono. Jingzhou District is a district of the city of Jingzhou, Hubei Province.
