Project narrative

On April 16, 2020, the Fuzhou City Municipal Government donated 20,000 masks to the Naha City Municipal Government for COVID-19 prevention. The masks were distributed to nursery schools, children's schools, and medical institutions throughout Naha City, the capital city of Okinawa Prefecture. Naha and Fuzhou City officially established friendly city relations on May 20, 1981. The financial value of the donation is unknown.
