Project narrative

On March 23, 2020, the Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province Municipal Government donated 4,800 masks to the Sapporo International Communication Plaza Foundation for COVID-19 prevention. The Sapporo International Communication Plaza Foundation, an organization established in 1991 by the Hokkaido District Transport Bureau and government of Hokkaido to support international events and projects and facilitate cultural exchanges in order to revitalize the local economy, distributed the masks to the Sapporo International Student Exchange Center, the Sapporo Foreigner Consultation Desk, and other work organizations in the city. The financial value of the donation is unknown.
