Project narrative

On March 23, 2020, the Foshan, Guangdong Province Municipal People's Government donated 30,000 masks and 100 sets of protective clothing to the Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture Municipal Government for COVID-19 prevention. The masks, received by Itami on March 25, 2020, were intended to be distributed to medical institutions and private nursing and welfare facilities throughout Itami. Foshan and Itami established an international friendship city alliance in 1985. The financial value of the donation is unknown.
