Project narrative

On October 31, 2017, Ambassador Sun Gongyi of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Mauritius facilitated a grant with the Indian Ocean Commission. Ambassador Sun, on behalf of the Chinese government and IOC Secretary-General Madi Hamada on behalf of the IOC signed the donation agreement.
