Project narrative

In the spring of 2018, before May 4, 2018, an unspecified Chinese Government institution donated at least two units of dragon boats to the local government unit of Paoay in Ilocos Norte, Philippines in support of its growing water sports activities. The boats were expected to help train youth athletes, organize the first dragon boat clinic in the region, and support future dragon boat competitions. The monetary value of the grant is unknown.
