Project narrative

On March 26, 2020, the Zhoushan City Municipal Government donated 20,000 medical masks to the Kesennuma City Municipal Government for COVID-19 prevention. The masks were presented at a donation ceremony on March 26, 2020, and were intended to be distributed by the city to the Kesennuma City Hospital, Motoyoshi City Hospital, and other medical institutions in Kesennuma. Kesennuma and Zhoushan are friendship cities. The financial value of the donation is unknown.
