The facility consists of three tranches: a 364-day USD 1.185 billion revolving credit facility, a three-year USD 290 million term loan facility, and a one-year USD 190 million RMB-denominated term loan facility. The new facility will refinance the maturing three-year tranche from Trafigura's 2013 Asian facility (captured via Record ID#98438 and #98439) and the maturing one-year tranches from Trafigura's 2015 Asian facility (captured via Record ID#98464, #98465, #98466). Proceeds will also be used for general corporate purposes. Other lending details are unknown. ICBC's contribution is captured via Record ID#98467. BOC's contribution is captured via Record ID#98468. China CITIC Bank's contribution is captured via Record ID#98469. ABC's contribution is captured via Record ID#98470. A total of 25 banks participated in the syndicate. ANZ, DBS Bank, United Overseas Bank (UOB) and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) were original mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners on the loan. Korea Development Bank, Land Bank of Taiwan, Mega International Commercial Bank and Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank also joined during syndication.

Staff comments

1. AidData is unable to ascertain the individual contributions made to the facility by each member of the syndicate, therefore equal contributions from each lender have been assumed (1.665/25). 2. AidData is unable to ascertain which tranches the four Chinese banks contributed to, therefore the average of the three maturities has been used in the creation of this project record.
