Project narrative

In November 2006, Bank of China contributed to a $66 million USD syndicated loan to PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha (WOM Finance), a motorcycle financing firm. Other contributors include Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG's Singapore branch, PT Bank Panin, United Overseas Bank of Singapore, State Bank of India and MayBank and Indocorp. Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank was the lead arranger. This loan carried a maturity period of three years. The proceeds were to be used help support the company's target of 4 trln rupiah in new financing this year.
