Project narrative

In November 2010, BOC Aviation signed lease agreements with Compañía Panameña de Aviación, S.A. (Copa Airlines), the flag carrier airline of Panama and subsidiary of Copa Holdings S.A., for three new Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The aircraft were scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2011.
