Project narrative

Prior to May 2019, BOC Aviation entered into a lease agreement with TATA-SIA Airlines Limited, an Indian airline branded as Vistara and joint venture between India's Tata Sons (51% equity stake) and Singapore Airlines (49% equity stake), for four Boeing 737-800 NG and two Airbus A320NEO aircraft. The Boeing aircraft were scheduled for delivery in May 2019 and Airbus were delivered in the second half of 2019.
