On November 30, 2015, ICBC signed an agreement with CIMB Bank PLC, the Cambodian subsidiary of Malaysia's CIMB Group, to provide a USD 10 million loan for unspecified purposes. The loan had a maturity of one year and carried an interest rate of 3.85%. The loan was repaid in full on February 1, 2016.
