Project narrative

On August 27, 2019, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) donated 30 computers and 3 laptops to the Laotian Ministry of Education and Sports (MOES). The laptops were to be distributed to 11 secondary schools and primary schools in Vientiane Capital. A handover ceremony for the computers was held in Vientiane Capital on Aug 27 between Deputy Minister of Education and Sports Boualan Silipanya and ICBC Director General Sun Feng Lei. The financial value of the donation is unknown.
