Prior to June 2019, the Fujian Branch of China Development Bank Corporation (CDB) issued a loan to an unspecified borrower for Singapore Housing Finance Project. This project involved Singapore’s Housing & Development Board (HDB) — possibly through some type of mortgage lending arrangement.

1. This project is also known as the HDB Financing Loan Project. The Chinese project title is 国家开发银行福建省分行新加坡组屋融资贷款项目 or 行新加坡组屋融资贷款项目. 2. There is very little known about this project, including specific borrower, loan details, and implementation details. As the Internet Archive of "专业委员会", archived on June 7, 2019, mentions this loan, it must have been committed prior to this date, so AidData has coded this as the commitment date and marked the commitment_date_estimated? field as True.
