Project narrative

On April 3, 2020, the Chinese Embassy in Iceland donated masks on behalf of itself and the Jiangsu Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese to the Icelandic Overseas Chinese Association (Chinese: 冰岛华人华侨协会). The masks were intended to be distributed to Chinese students and overseas Chinese.
