Project narrative

Prior to December 16, 2005, Hanban donated 1,000 Chinese books to the University of Akureyri for its Chinese language course, as captured by Record ID#99212. Hanban also sent an associate professor of Ningbo University, Ruan Yongmei, to teach at the university, as captured by Record ID#99213. The course was launched on December 16, 2005.
