On November 4, 2017, the Chinese Embassy in Iceland donated books and audio-visual products about China to the students of three Reykjavik schools: Landakot School (Landakotsskóli) primary school, Skóli Ísaks Jónssonar primary school, and Vesturbæjarskóli primary school.
