Project narrative

On April 26, 2022, the Chinese Government and the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment (MINCEX) signed a RMB 76 million grant agreement for the acquisition of fabrics for school uniforms and work clothes. Then, on November 25, 2022, Rodrigo Malmierca Díaz, the Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment and the President of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) participate in a handover ceremony.
