Project narrative

On April 3, 2020, the city of Guiyang donated medical supplies to its Italian sister city of Vicenza. The supplies included 40,000 surgical masks, 5,000 pairs of disposable gloves, and 1,000 pairs of goggles, and the donation was meant to reciprocate the assistance that Vicenza gave during Guiyang's efforts to control the COVID-19 outbreak in early 2020.
