Project narrative

Circa March 20, 2020, the China Silk Road Fund donated medical supplies to the Italian Civil Protection Department (Protezione Civile) and the regional government of Lombardy to aid their COVID-19 response. The supplies, consisting of 20,000 N95 masks and 20,000 testing reagents, had arrived by March 20.
