Project narrative

Prior to November 2020, the Chinese city of Xi'an donated medical supplies to the Spanish city of Valencia to aid their COVID-19 response. The donation took place after Xi'an received a message of condolences from Valencia. The supplies included protective clothing and at least 100,000 masks, which were distributed to vulnerable groups
