Project narrative

On December 2, 2022, the Chinese Embassy and WAPCO-BENIN provided 28,000,000 CFA to 62 student Ordinary Excellence award winners in Benin. An award ceremony was held at the Yellow River Room of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Eléonore Yayi Ladekan, her colleague for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Aurélien Agvenonci, and China’s Ambassador to Benin, Ping Jingtao, attended the ceremony.
