Project narrative

On April 20, 2020, the Fuzhou Municipal Government donated 20,000 masks to the Nagasaki City Municipal Government. The purpose of the donation was to support Nagasaki's COVID-19 prevention efforts. The masks were to be distributed to about 470 medical institutions in Nagasaki. The financial value of the donation is unknown.
