Project narrative

On November 4th, 2022, the Chinese Consular General in Medan donated basic living supplies to Indonesians in need affected by natural disasters and epidemics through 10 religious groups and Islamic schools in the consular district. At the donation ceremony, Consul General Zhang Min delivered a video speech. Huang Yinhua, Executive Chairman of the Indonesian Chinese Association, actively assisted in arranging the material donation activities. The monetary value of the donation is unknown. On behalf of the recipient, Chairman Anhar of the Medan Muslim Elders Association, expressed gratitude to the Consulate General for its donation, and looked forward to having the opportunity to visit China in the future to exchange ideas with his Chinese religious counterparts.
