Project narrative

On January 12, 2022, Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs donated a batch of medical supplies worth $635,000. In this donation were multipara monitors, high flow oxygen nasal therapy machines, oxygen concentrators, and oxygen cylinders. Attending the handover ceremony were Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka Qi Zhenhong, Sri Lankan Foreign Secretary Admiral Prof. Jayanath Colombage, Sri Lankan State Minister of Production, Supply and Regulation of Pharmaceuticals Prof. Channa Jayasumana, and Sri Lankan Secretary of the State Ministry Dr. R.M.S.K. Ratnayake.
